The build board
The PRDs come with an ordered task list. Each task has acceptance criteria ("done when ...").
How cards move

| Todo | Ready to start. |
| In Progress | The agent called start_build_session and is working on it. |
| Done | The agent attached evidence (checks it ran, the commit) and called complete_task. |
Completion needs evidence: a task without checks or a commit stays in progress. Tasks finish automatically once the evidence is in; if your project requires approval, they wait in Review.
Build packets
When the agent starts a task it receives a build packet: the acceptance criteria, the PRD sections that matter, files to change, the branch name and the checks to run. Packets count toward your monthly allowance.
You can also open a task on the board to read its packet or move it yourself.
